  1. Electric Blue Eyeliner feat. Gosh

    Dezember 2, 2011 by admin

It was a short while ago when I received some Gosh Extreme Art Liquid Eyeliners from Sokolum79. I absolutely love them. Here, I paired liner 09, a bright electric sky blue, with some matte neutrals. The result is completely wearable but still fun with that bright pop of blue.

  2. Simple Brown Eyes | bareMinerals The Playlist

    Dezember 2, 2011 by admin

An incredibly simple look using my new love…the bareMinerals READY 8.0 palette. Most Requested is a reddish brown eyeshadow that verges on cranberry. It’s a lovely, wearable color that differs slightly from my typical, everyday, golden brown.

FYI…I only used two colors for this look! Most Requested for the main color and One Hit Wonder, also from The Playlist, for my inner corner and browbone highlight.

  3. Glamour Doll Eyes Look | Sparkling Rainbow

    Dezember 2, 2011 by admin

It’s been a while since I’ve done a bright, colorful, glittery look, but I had a rush of creativity so I grabbed some Glamour Doll Eyes shadows and ran with it. GDE is often what I reach for when doing bright looks. Even the glitter on my bottom lashline is from GDE! Check my product list below to find out what I used.

  4. Fall Inspired L.A. Colors Eyes and Kleancolor Nails | A Guest Post from Ms. Prettyful Girl

    Dezember 2, 2011 by admin

Hello, my Pretties, it’s Lisa from Ms. Prettyful Girl here with a fall inspired Guest Blog Post!

Being from Texas, we usually have 10 months of fall/winter and two months of spring/summer. OK, so I’m exaggerating. It’s more like three months of fall/winter. Nevertheless, fall has arrived and my favorite month, aside from Christmasember, I mean December, is here.

I love November. I love the weather, the smells, the tastes! I love the colors of a fall harvest. Most of all, I love what November stands for. It’s a time for being thankful for all our blessings which we all have plenty of just forget we have. It’s also a time for sharing those blessings with our friends and family.

Speaking of sharing, I want to share with you a look that I created and think it just hollers NOVEMBER because nothing says November to me like golden leaves. Granted, here in south Texas, we have green leaves in the summer and brown–dead, crunchy brown–leaves in the winter. But, I have seen in photos and in movies that other parts of the world have leaves that magically change from green to red, gold, and orange.

I may still see green leaves when I look out my window but my autumn leaves inspired look will make anyone fall into fall.

I used this L.A. Colors 3 Color Eyeshadow trio I bought at my local Dollar Tree for only $1.00!

Just look at these colors! Exactly like fall leaves! Am I right, or am I right! Not bad pigmentation at all for only a dollar. I love this line of L.A. Colors eyeshadow trios.

For my eyeliner, I used my trusted MAC Fluidline in Blitz & Glitz. My mascara is Maybelline Falsies Flared in Real Black.

After using E.L.F.‘s Shimmering Facial Whip in Citrus as my base, I applied the brown shade on my lid. The yellow shade went on the inner half of my crease. The orange shade on the outer half of my crease as well as lower lash line.

I love this lip color! I love the sheer redness to it mixed with some bronze and orange. I’m horrible at explaining colors but this is a really nice mixture. This one is Avon’s Smooth Minerals Lip Gloss in Plum Craze.

For my face I used Avon Smooth Minerals Liquid Foundation in Medium Beige and set it with Avon Anew Age-Transforming Pressed Powder in Tan Beige. My blush is Jillian Dempsey for Avon All Over Face Powder in Sandy Corals.

And this is me saying a big thank you to Jacqueline for having me as a Guest Blogger on her lovely blog. I was touched when invited and I appreciate everything she did to help me and motivate me to getting this blog post up. Love you, Miss Jacqueline!

    P.S.

I just had to do my nails with this $1.00 nail polish I found at the flea market! So super pretty. Kleancolor Metallic Orange.

  5. Lorac TANtalEYES Palette | Smoky Autumn Eyes

    Dezember 2, 2011 by admin

Goodness…have any of you ever tried Lorac’s baked eyeshadows? They are some of the most gorgeous, luxurious baked shadows around. So incredibly effortless. They’re pigmented and blendable without even trying.

A while ago I did an olive green look with this palette and since then, my love for it has stayed the same. I got this palette from Hautelook…next time Lorac is on, I’m definitely picking up more.
